Over the past years, INOFO and Andreas Hermes Akademie (AHA) with have walked an important journey together, culminating last week in a powerful closing workshop to celebrate everything we have co-created in our Organizational Development process.
This partnership with support from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH has been much more than a project, it has been a transformative pathway that strengthened who we are and how we operate as a global organic farmer organization.

Together, we achieved meaningful milestones:
⚖️ Professionalized our organizational structure, creating more clarity, efficiency and strategic direction.
👩🏽🌾 Strengthened our internal processes, increasing our capacity to serve organic farmer networks and engage more effectively with global partners.
✨ Raised INOFO’s visibility on the global stage, positioning organic farmers’ voices at key international events and decision-making spaces.
🛸 Expanded partnerships across our value chain, fostering collaboration and creating new opportunities for sustainable impact.
💪🏽 Built a strong, human and organic relationship with AHA, grounded in trust, professionalism and shared purpose.
💚 This journey has reinforced our belief that true organizational development happens when people, systems and vision evolve together. We are grateful to AHA for their commitment, expertise and companionship throughout this process.
🍀 INOFO moves forward stronger, more connected and more prepared to continue advocating for organic family farmers worldwide. 🌱🌍
